My Sweet Dreamer's liability (if any) is limited to the value of the consulting service paid by the client, and under no circumstances will My Sweet Dreamer be liable to the client for any other claims, losses, or damages.

During the implementation of the Sleep Program, every effort will be made to help the child sleep well at night and consolidate daytime naps (if applicable). However, My Sweet Dreamer cannot guarantee that the personalized sleep solution will work for all children. The likelihood of success for the child to start sleeping well increases significantly if the client follows the sleep solutions recommended for their child by My Sweet Dreamer. Failure to follow the plan or selecting only certain components of the plan will delay or inhibit the entire process. Similarly, it is crucial that all family members involved in your child's sleep plan follow the recommendations provided by My Sweet Dreamer (mother, father, grandparents, caregivers, etc.).

 

7. Change of Terms and Conditions

My Sweet Dreamer reserves the right to change these Terms of Use for the site at any time without notice. By using this site, the user agrees to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use.
